Royal Delft Ceramic Bags

Project Overview

I developed and produced a series of bags for the haute couture label Tess van Zalinge. I used pre-broken Royal Delft ceramic pieces, exploring how discarded materials can be transformed into wearable objects. The process combined sustainability with craftsmanship

Workflow

I designed and tested the constructions, drilled the ceramic pieces, crocheted the connecting elements, and assembled each bag by hand. The bags were created for the Tess van Zalinge brand and presented on the runway during Copenhagen Fashion Week and Amsterdam Fashion Week.
